Aderonke Adeola

Writer, director and producer. Creator of Awani — winner of the UNESCO prize, supported by the Ford Foundation, screened at the Ake Festival, Yale Africa Film Festival, Durban International Film Festival, New York African Film Festival and AFRIFF. As a filmmaker she has worked for RedTV and on the award-winning film Half of a Yellow Sun.
